Shipping Policy

At RNX Labs, we support global skincare buyers with ready-stock supply, low-MOQ private label projects, and OEM/ODM skincare manufacturing. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping methods, estimated delivery time, and international delivery responsibilities.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

For ready-stock products, we will confirm product availability before arranging shipment. For custom, private label, OEM, or ODM orders, shipping will be arranged after production, quality review, packaging, and final order confirmation are completed.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


2. Ready-Stock Shipping Options

For ready-stock products shipped from China, RNX Labs may provide different shipping options depending on the order quantity, destination country, product type, and logistics availability.

  • Air shipping: estimated delivery time is usually 12–15 days after payment confirmation under normal conditions.
  • Sea shipping: estimated delivery time is usually around 30 days under normal conditions.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs inspection, local delivery speed, weather, peak season, address accuracy, and other logistics factors.


3. U.S. Warehouse Stock

Some products may be available from our U.S. local warehouse. When U.S. warehouse stock is available, delivery within the United States is usually estimated at 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

U.S. warehouse inventory changes quickly. Please contact RNX Labs before placing an order to confirm whether the product, quantity, and destination are eligible for U.S. warehouse fulfillment.

If U.S. warehouse stock is not available or the requested quantity exceeds local inventory, the order may be shipped from China instead.


4. Custom, Private Label, OEM & ODM Orders

For custom skincare, private label, OEM, or ODM projects, shipping time starts after the confirmed products are completed, inspected, packed, and ready for shipment.

Production lead time and shipping transit time are not the same. The final timeline may depend on formula requirements, packaging availability, artwork approval, printing schedule, production queue, quality review, and the selected shipping method.

RNX Labs will provide an estimated shipping plan before shipment whenever possible.


5. International Shipping & DDP Support

RNX Labs may support international shipping, including DDP door-to-door delivery when applicable and agreed in advance.

Shipping terms, costs, customs requirements, import duties, taxes, and local delivery procedures may vary by destination country or region.

When DDP service is confirmed in writing, RNX Labs will coordinate the agreed logistics arrangement based on the order details. If DDP service is not included or not available for a specific destination, the customer may be responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and local delivery requirements.


6. Delivery Address & Customer Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including recipient name, company name, address, phone number, email, postal code, and any required tax or import information.

RNX Labs is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return shipping, storage fees, re-delivery fees, or additional logistics costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


7. Tracking Information

Once the shipment has been arranged, RNX Labs will provide tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment is handed over to the carrier or logistics provider.


8. Customs, Delays & Force Majeure

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delays may occur due to customs inspection, local import rules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, peak season, incorrect address information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or events beyond our reasonable control.

RNX Labs will support communication with the logistics provider when needed, but we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local delivery providers, customer-side documentation issues, or force majeure events.


9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive damaged, missing, leaking, or incorrect products, please contact RNX Labs within 3 calendar days after delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product, outer carton, inner packaging, shipping label, and a short description of the issue.

Verified issues will be reviewed according to our Return & Refund Policy and the specific order agreement.
