Our services may include:

- OEM/ODM skincare manufacturing coordination
- Formula direction and sample development
- Packaging selection and customization
- Labeling, printing, filling, and packaging support

The availability of each service depends on the product type, order quantity, destination market, packaging requirements, production schedule, and final written confirmation between the customer and RNX Labs.
3. B2B Nature of Our Business
RNX Labs primarily serves business customers, including skincare brands, private label buyers, distributors, retailers, salons, spas, beauty clinics, and entrepreneurs preparing to launch or expand skincare product lines.
By placing an order or requesting a custom project, you confirm that you are responsible for evaluating whether the selected products, packaging, claims, labels, and import requirements are suitable for your intended sales channel and destination market.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product information, ingredients, packaging details, product images, specifications, and service descriptions as accurately as possible.
However, product images, colors, textures, packaging finishes, scents, viscosity, and other sensory details may vary slightly due to production batches, screen display settings, raw material characteristics, packaging updates, or supplier availability.
For ready-stock and custom skincare products, final confirmation should be based on written specifications, approved samples, confirmed packaging details, approved artwork, and the relevant proforma invoice.
5. Quotations, Pricing & Availability
All prices, quotations, lead times, MOQ information, packaging options, shipping costs, and service details are subject to final written confirmation by RNX Labs.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations may vary depending on:
- Order quantity
- Formula complexity
- Packaging materials
- Labeling or printing requirements
- Testing or documentation requests
- Destination country or region
- Shipping method and delivery terms
- Currency exchange and raw material cost changes
RNX Labs reserves the right to update pricing, product availability, MOQ requirements, packaging options, and delivery terms before an order is formally confirmed and paid.
6. Samples & Product Approval
For custom projects, sample development may be required before mass production. Samples are intended to help the customer review product texture, scent direction, packaging compatibility, formula direction, and overall product positioning.
Once a sample, formula direction, packaging option, label design, artwork, or production specification is approved by the customer, RNX Labs may proceed with material preparation or production based on that approval.
After approval, any further changes may result in additional costs, longer lead times, or a new quotation.
7. Custom, Private Label, OEM & ODM Orders
Custom skincare orders, private label products, formula adjustments, packaging customization, label printing, branded components, sample development, and OEM/ODM production are arranged according to the customer’s confirmed requirements.
Once product details, artwork, samples, packaging, formula direction, proforma invoice, or production arrangements have been approved by the customer, related costs may become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Sample development costs
- Formula adjustment costs
- Custom packaging costs
- Labeling and printing costs
- Raw material preparation costs
- Production deposits
- Confirmed batch production costs
- Project-related labor and coordination costs
If a confirmed production issue is caused by RNX Labs, we will review the case in good faith and provide a reasonable solution based on the actual situation.
8. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement.
Depending on the order type, RNX Labs may require full payment, partial deposit, production deposit, sample fee, packaging fee, or balance payment before shipment.
Orders may not be processed, sampled, customized, produced, or shipped until the required payment has been received and confirmed.
Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency exchange fees, intermediary bank fees, or payment provider fees may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including but not limited to:
- Company or brand information

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all product details, label content, claims, artwork, packaging information, and order details before production or shipment.
RNX Labs is not responsible for delays, costs, customs issues, labeling issues, or market-entry problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.
10. Labeling, Claims & Regulatory Responsibility
RNX Labs may provide product information, ingredient references, packaging support, and general manufacturing coordination. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring that final product labels, marketing claims, website content, advertising materials, import requirements, and sales-channel requirements comply with the laws and regulations of the destination market.
Cosmetic regulations may vary by country, region, platform, and sales channel. Customers should review applicable requirements before selling products in their local market.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RNX Labs does not guarantee that a product, label, claim, package, or marketing statement will be automatically accepted by any specific retailer, marketplace, customs authority, regulatory body, or advertising platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All customer-provided logos, trademarks, brand names, artwork, designs, and other brand assets remain the property of the customer.
By providing such materials to RNX Labs, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use them and authorize RNX Labs to apply them for quotation, sampling, packaging, labeling, production, and order fulfillment purposes.
RNX Labs is not responsible for disputes arising from customer-provided trademarks, logos, artwork, packaging concepts, product names, or marketing materials.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RNX Labs’ website content, images, text, product concepts, internal documents, service structure, and business materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without permission.
12. Production Lead Time
Production lead time varies depending on the order quantity, formula complexity, packaging availability, artwork approval, payment confirmation, testing requirements, and factory schedule.
Any stated lead time is an estimate unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to raw material supply, packaging supply, artwork revision, sample revision, quality review, logistics arrangement, customs inspection, or force majeure events.
RNX Labs will make reasonable efforts to support the agreed timeline, but we are not responsible for losses caused by delays outside our reasonable control.
13. Shipping, Customs & International Delivery
RNX Labs may support international shipping, including DDP door-to-door delivery when applicable and agreed in advance.
Shipping costs, delivery time, customs procedures, import duties, taxes, and local delivery requirements may vary depending on the destination country or region.
The customer must provide accurate shipping information and cooperate with customs clearance, local delivery, tax requirements, and import documentation when required.
Delays, returns, seizures, storage fees, re-delivery fees, or additional costs caused by incorrect address information, missing documents, customer-side import restrictions, local customs decisions, or failure to cooperate with delivery may be the customer’s responsibility.
14. Returns, Refunds & After-Sales Review
Returns, refunds, replacements, credits, or other after-sales solutions will be handled according to RNX Labs’ Return & Refund Policy and the specific written agreement for the relevant order.
For custom, private label, OEM, ODM, printed packaging, sample development, and confirmed production orders, returns or refunds may be restricted due to the customized nature of the products and project-related costs.
Customers should inspect delivered products promptly and report any visible damage, shortage, leakage, incorrect item, or quality concern within the required time frame stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
15. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, copy content without permission, submit false information, or use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or decline inquiries if we believe a user is engaging in fraud, abuse, illegal activity, misleading conduct, or behavior that may harm RNX Labs, our partners, or other customers.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RNX Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, marketplace rejection, advertising restriction, customs delay, or third-party platform decisions.
For B2B orders and custom projects, RNX Labs’ responsibility will be reviewed based on written confirmations, proforma invoices, approved specifications, approved samples, confirmed packaging details, production records, and actual issue verification.
17. Force Majeure
RNX Labs shall not be responsible for delays, failure to perform, or additional costs caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, customs inspection, port congestion, logistics disruption, supplier shortage, government actions, labor disruption, war, civil unrest, payment system issues, or other force majeure events.
